Specialty Wax Production
Plant Waxes A Variety of Grades and Functions - The production of Oils by Nature Specialty Waxes begins with the temperature-controlled expeller pressing of seed stocks. This pressing is then refined by deodorization to isolate the unsaponifiable fractions and natural trigly-cerides contained in the oil. The collected unsaponifiable fractions and triglycerides are then hydrogenated, yielding natural waxes that maintain the unique properties of the source oil. Our technical expertise in the extraction and processing of these natural compounds allows Oils by Nature to control the melting point and offer Specialty Waxes in a variety of grades with specific technical functionality.
Beeswax Pollen, Patience and Precision - Beeswax is a transparent colorless liquid secreted from the honeybee, apis mellifera, which turns semi-solid upon contact with the atmosphere. Depending upon the pollen carried by the bees, Beeswax will vary in color from yellow through brown to black and retain a unique sweet odor. After collection, the Beeswax is processed and filtered, yielding Yellow Beeswax, or further refined by way of natural decolorization to produce White Beeswax.
Custom Tailored Packaging - Oils by Nature offers our Specialty Waxes in a variety of standard packaging options and sizes, as well as customized programs, to meet your specific requirements.
