Our customer service department is always ready to handle any questions or comments that you may have. Oils by Nature stands behind every product we supply. Each lot of material that leaves our facility passes a rigorous control check to ensure that you receive only the highest quality product. Should you experience a quality problem with your order, please contact our customer service department immediately.

Payment Terms
We accept all major credit cards, VISA®, MasterCard®, Discover® and American Express®, as well as Certified Bank Checks and Money Orders as payment. If you would like to pay for your order with a check or money order, please call our customer service department at 440.498.1180 and they will help you complete your transaction. Orders paid for via a check or money order will be shipped after receipt of funds.

Shipping
Orders received by 12:00 noon will be shipped within 48 hours via UPS. Shipping charges are calculated automatically through a direct link to UPS and are based on their standard rates. A UPS tracking number will be provided so you will be able to locate your package at any time during transit. Any damages incurred during shipping should be reported to our customer service department immediately.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and international locations is available through our customer service department. Please call us at 440.498.1180 to make these arrangements. Please note, insurance will automatically be added to shipments made through USPS along with a $5.00 processing fee.

Pick Up Orders
We are happy to accommodate those who wish to pick up their orders at our facility. Please call in your order to our customer service department at 440.498.1180 and they will assist you with your order and driving instructions.
 

Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returned merchandise that has not been opened and has the original seal intact. If your merchandise has not been opened, it can be returned for any reason within 3 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund of the total purchase amount, less any shipping and handling fees that may have been charged and a $5.00 return processing fee. The credit will be issued to your credit card and will appear on your statement within the next 2 billing cycles. If you paid by money order, we will mail you a refund check within 15 days. Please follow these return instructions:

• Re-pack the item in the original packaging
• Remove all previous labels from the package
• Contact our customer service department to arrange for a UPS return pick-up

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are now available from Oils by Nature in the denomination of your choice. Call our customer service department at 440.498.1180 for more information.

We are committed to respecting our users' privacy, and recognize the need for appropriate protection and management of personal information shared with us, such as your name, address, telephone number, etc. The purpose of our privacy policy is to inform users what personal information may be collected from you when you visit our site, and how such information is used.

In general, you can visit many of our web pages without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. We may track the Internet domain address from which people visit us and analyze this data for trends and statistics, but individual users will remain anonymous, unless you voluntarily tell us who you are.

Whether or not to provide such information is completely your own choice. Should you choose not to provide the information requested, you may be unable to purchase products, access certain services, participate in contests or promotion, or special offers and contents on our site.

Oils By Nature, Inc. may use the personal information provided for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking orders, subscriptions or registrations, analyzing trends and statistics, informing users of new products, services and offers, etc. From time to time we may establish a business relationship with other persons or entities deemed trustworthy and whose privacy policies are consistent with ours.

In such cases we might share information, including information about you, that will enable such persons or entities to contact you regarding products and services that may be of interest to you.

We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. If you prefer not to receive information from us or from our marketing partners, please let us know by sending us an email. Please be sure to include your email address, full name, and specifically what information you do not want to receive. If you would like to update or correct your email address, street address or other personal information with us, you may contact us the same way.

Oils By Nature, Inc. is a general audience site. We do not permit children under age of 18 to purchase products on our web site nor do we permit anyone under the age of 13 to register with us. We also do not send email correspondence to anyone who tells us that they are under the age of 13.

Children under the age of 13 should always ask their parents or guardians for permission before providing any personal information to anyone online. We urge parents and guardians to participate in their children's online activities and use parental controls or other web filtering technology to supervise children's access to the web.

Our web site uses "cookies". A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. This is done primarily to tailor products and services to suit our visitors' interests, estimate our audience size, track status in promotions, and contests, and/or analyzing visiting patterns.
