For International Customers, we have outlined several order processes.

Web Site Ordering

Our web site allows you to enter your orders on line.  Follow the instructions below.

• Choose products and add to cart.
• To Checkout, click on the Checkout Tab and fill in your billing and shipping information. Click the Continue button.
• Review your shipping information. ENTER SHIPPING INFORMATION CAREFULLY - SHIPPING COSTS ARE CALCULATED BASED ON THIS ADDRESS.
• Check the box marked "Is This an International Order?". 
• In the Ship Via box, select the shipping method "In-Store Pick-Up". 
• When we receive your order, we'll research the best and most economical shipping and forward the cost information to you via e-mail.
• After you authorize the shipping cost, we process and ship your order.
• You will receive tracking information via e-mail for your records.

Order Form

• A downloadable Order Form is available on our web site.
• Click on the link located at the bottom of every page to print a copy.
• Fill out the form completely to expedite your order.
• Fax the order to us at 440.498.0574 or scan and e-mail it to info@oilsbynature.com.
• We will calculate the shipping cost and advise you.
• After you authorize the shipping cost, we process and ship your order.
