During our day to day operation of Oils by Nature, we receive a broad spectrum of questions from our customers which range from the very basic of "what is a vegetable oil" to "how do I formulate my lotion".  Ask The Expert was developed to assist our customers in answering all types of questions.  A sampling of our expert fields are:

• Technical Support - We have a wide variety of support available through our partner production facilities that can answer questions regarding the origin of a product, production/refining techniques, technical composition, etc. 
• Handcrafted Toiletries - We have enlisted the trusted advice of Joanne Wittenbrook, who has been teaching classes in handcrafted soap, lotions, creams and balms for many years. She has shared her knowledge with novices and professionals. 
• Shea Butter - Our authority on Shea Butter is Eugenia Akuete, the owner and founder of Naasakle Ltd.  which produces high quality shea butter in Accra, Ghana.  Through our recent partnership we are able to receive her vast knowledge of shea butter.
• Formulary - One of our local labs has given us access to their technical director who can help answer questions on product stability, emulsions, stabilizers, preservatives, etc.
• Certificate of Analysis - This documentation (COA) is now available on our web site under the Technical Library section.  If you are looking for the SAP value, acid value or the fatty acid composition of a particular product, you may find it in this section and print a copy for your records.  You will need the batch number which is located on your product label to locate the appropriate COA.
